Refund Policy

SportApps subscriptions

Subscription billing is generally charged according to the plan selected by the account owner. If you believe a subscription charge was made in error, contact SportApps as soon as possible at hello@sportapps.com so we can review the account and payment history.

Registration and team fees

Registration fees, team entry fees, discounts, refunds, and credits are generally controlled by the sports organization, league, or coach collecting the payment. SportApps provides the payment and record workflow, but the program owner is responsible for its refund rules unless SportApps states otherwise in writing.

How to request help

For subscription questions, email hello@sportapps.com with the account email, organization name, and charge date. For registration refunds, contact the organization or coach listed on the registration first; if you cannot reach them, SportApps support can help route the request.

Timing

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment method and financial institution.
